In October 2010 we were approached by top agency Dare Vancouver to develop a character for one of their clients MTS. The idea was to reinvent MTS’s company mascot, a Bison, as an animated character that would hopefully appear at the end of some live action spots. Well, we love Morty very much and think its some of our best character work to date and so it seems does everyone else. Animated Morty soon replaced the live action commercials to star (along with side kick Petey) in his very own TV campaign. Just over a year on, he is going from strength to strength. Of course he did not always look this dashing we spent a good few months working closely with creatives Brian and Rob on getting him right for the job.
